I began this program at a 317 lbs. I donāt eat as much no more so the meals it says to measure r too big for me to eat. I donāt finish the plates. But I am working out constantly and I do eat the types of food it says. And as of right now. Iām at a 285 lbs. workouts and the items I get from here and the meal plans helped a lot. But also the main jump start was my personal commitment and willingness to push my self.

I found the first week on the diet quite tough but I expected that. My body got used to it by week 2 and I felt great. My advice to anyone doing it is that it will be a shock to your system for the first few days, push through it, after that it will get easier and the end results will be worth it. Good luck!
