Shipping & Return Policy


How do I pay for my order?

MuscleMorph accepts the following forms of payment to purchase items on our website:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Prepaid Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express


*please note - if you are paying with Paypal, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder.

Domestic Orders

Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the UK. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. All UK orders receive tracking information. 

Order Processing Times

We typically ship Monday-Friday and process orders within 1-3 business days (except holidays and weekends). Occasionally, and especially during sales, order processing can take longer. All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Postal Service. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. 

All delivery times are estimated by the Royal Mail from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times (All times are based on orders after they have shipped)

UK - 1-3 Business Days (when ordered before 1pm)
US - 3-5 Working Days (when ordered before 1pm)
Rest Of World - 3 - 10 Working Days depending on destination

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.

Generally, domestic orders are delivered with 1-3 days.  International orders can take anywhere from 5-15 business days (depending on the destination)

International Orders

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, ship UK Postal Service Priority Tracked International.

MuscleMorph offers tracking to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, India, UAE

** NOTE **For (all other) countries that do not offer traceable services and do not show a final delivery scan, we can not be held responsible for non delivery if your package does not reach you. Once we see that a package makes it into your country, we can no longer be held responsible for that package. We will make every attempt to put you in touch with your local carrier for assistance.
Customs & Taxes

The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund
Undelivered Due To Nobody Being At Home

If your order is undelivered due to nobody being at the address to sign for it, normally the postman/courier will leave a note at your home with instructions on how to get it redelivered. Until then, it will be held at your local postal depot/office for you. If it is not claimed after 10 days they will send the package back to the sender. We strongly recommend you check your tracking number often & keep a close eye out for an instructions card at your home.

Furthermore, after a delivery is attempted, MuscleMorph is officially not held responsible for your items as we cannot control your actions to get it redelivered. We will make every attempt to put you in touch with your local carrier for assistance.
*A refund may be possible if your items are returned to us, however you will be held responsible that they reach our facility, until then we cannot issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door.  MuscleMorph cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package once your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to MuscleMorph due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redeliver cost. MuscleMorph is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. 


Customs & Country Regulations
Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into Australia, it is up to you to double check your countries import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.


Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item please email within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you with a returns application. 

We do not provide refunds for unsuitable items or Items that have been opened.

Please return items in a saleable and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days from the day your product is received.

Buyers who wish to return their item must take full responsibility for the cost of return, we do not take responsibility for the cost of shipping of items that wish to be returned by the buyer. 

Once we have received the parcel your return will be processed. Please be advised all refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. After we have processed your refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 28 working days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been refunded.

*note items purchased on 'sale' or any digital products such as training & meal plans are non refundable

*Please note our returns policy is not valid after 14 days of the date of delivery of your item. 


Please note orders placed after 2pm on the 22nd and on the 23rd, 24th, 27th & 28th of December will not be dispatched until the 29th December. Orders placed on the 30th, 31st & 3rd January will not be dispatched until the 4th of January. Whilst our couriers endeavour to deliver your parcel within the stated delivery time frame this cannot be guaranteed in the seasonal holidays due to increased demand.
