Great stack! I take shr3dr burn when I wake up before doing my fasted cardio, 3d cuts in the afternoon before my workout and the Night burn just before I go to bed. In my experience. The favor is not heavy or strong. But the affect it gives. Does show. Some other pre work outs I tried. Would make my body tingling like if I had ants crawling over me. And I would shometimws shake and instantly had to go pee. With the 3 diff flavor pre work outs I got from here. That’s not the case. It does give me a kick of energy to want to work out
